Hello parents of the 2013-2014 Marching Hornets!! With Band camp approaching rather quickly we would like to ask for your help in feeding the students during Band Camp. Each class will take a turn in providing lunch on their scheduled day. You will all be receiving phone calls / emails / face book messages sometime over the next few weeks asking to help in any way you can. It's not mandatory, but any help will be much appreciated. Our goal is to keep the kids well fed and hydrated during these long days of being outside. If you have any questions please let us know. Thank you all!!

In order to ensure that everyone is able to enjoy, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:
1. Please refrain from talking or whispering during the performance.
2. Please turn off all cell phones, pagers, and watches that may go off during the performance.
3. Please remain in your seat while the ensemble is performing. If you must leave, please do so quietly and between songs.
4. When you would like to return to the performance, please do not enter the performance hall until the song is over and you hear applause. It is very distracting to performers and other audience members to see people moving around during the performance.
5. Please hold your applause until the director’s arms are down by his or her side
Thank you for following these guidelines. It will make the performance much more enjoyable for everyone.
